DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Most likely yes, with a few exceptions. You can proceed to the checkout and our system will let you know.
 
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE PIECES WILL FIT ME?
The chokers are made to the smallest neck size of 28/29cm and have an adjustable chain of up to 10cm, therefore are designed accordingly to fit all neck sizes whether small or large.
If you have purchased a choker and it does not fit you, majority of styles can be sent back to us for adjustment.
 
MY PROMOTIONAL CODE IS NOT WORKING?
If you are using a promotional code please check the dates in which the code is valid to and from.
All promotional codes are not to be used in conjunction with any other codes.
If you are still experiencing problems please contact us.
 
WHER'S MY CONFIRMATION/DISPATCH EMAIL?
If you successfully placed an order and did not receive a confirmation email, it is likely that the email you entered may be incorrect.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS OR EMAIL?
If you placed an order and inputted the incorrect shipping address, we can still change this for you provided you have not also sent your item.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You will receive a shipping notification via email when your order has been packaged and dispatched.
Depending on your chosen shipping method your parcel will arrive any time between 1-5 working days (or up to 14 days or International orders).
If your package is late, you are advised to check if Royal Mail have left a red slip in case you were out at the time of delivery. Your parcel is likely to be waiting for you at your local post office.

 I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG/FAULTY ITEM
We package everything with care and although this is a rare and unfortunate scenario, it can still be resolved.
Please send us an image directly to info@nikitabyniki.com and we will advise you on how to send the product back for a replacement. 
 
HOW DO I BEST TAKE CARE OF MY PRODUCT?
Do not allow the products to come in contact with water or other liquids.
If not in use, store in the provided box or neatly in a draw.
Avoid folding or pulling the jewellery, as all pieces are delicate and are to be treated with care.

    • Affiliate Partners are entitled to 10% of completed transactions that have been made through the website using their unique code

    • Customers using an Affiliate Partner code at the checkout receive 10% off their entire order

    • Affiliate codes are limited to one use per customer so will only work on their first order

    • Affiliate Partners are welcome to repost our imagery or use their own to promote Nikita By Niki products on their pages

    • Affiliate Partners are not allowed to make out that the business is their own or make any other inaccurate statements or promises

    • If Affiliate Partners do not abide by the above terms, they will be paid what they are owed up until the terms were abused and removed from the program

    • Affiliate Partner's will be invited to exclusive, members-only events and seminars with the Nikita By Niki team

    • Affiliate Partners can opt-out of Nikita By You at any time via written confirmation
