HOW DO I LEAVE A REVIEW FOR A FREE BEE NECKLACE
As a thank you to our customers who have taken the time to leave us a review, we are offering a free bumble bee necklace. The review must be via Trustpilot, Google or be an Amazon Product Review. We encourage the review to be honest and a true reflection of the product and service you have received from us. Once you have left the review, please email us at info@nikitabyniki.com with a link or confirmation email. In some cases you may have to wait up to a day for the review to be live.
 
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Most likely yes as we ship worldwide. Please note, we are expecting some delays due to the virus, so your international order could take up 1-4 weeks to arrive.

 
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE PIECES WILL FIT ME?
The chokers are made to the smallest neck size of 28/29cm and have an adjustable chain of up to 10cm, therefore are designed accordingly to fit all neck sizes whether small or large.
If you have purchased a choker and it does not fit you, majority of styles can be sent back to us for adjustment.
 
MY PROMOTIONAL CODE IS NOT WORKING?
If you are using a promotional code please check the dates in which the code is valid to and from.
All promotional codes are not to be used in conjunction with any other codes and are restricted to one use per customer only.

WHERE'S MY CONFIRMATION/DISPATCH EMAIL?
If you successfully placed an order and did not receive a confirmation email, it is likely that the email you entered may be incorrect or there is a simple issue with the system. If the payment has gone through, your order would have been dispatched immediately.
Please contact us to confirm your email address and we can resend this for you.
 
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS OR EMAIL?
If you placed an order and inputted the incorrect shipping address, we can still change this for you provided we have not already sent your item. 
If we have already sent your item, you will have to wait up to 2 weeks for Royal Mail to return the item back to us. We will cover the cost once more to send your parcel back out to you to the correct address.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You will receive a shipping notification via email when your order has been packaged and dispatched.
Depending on your chosen shipping method your parcel will arrive any time between 1-4 working days (or up to 14 days or International orders).
If you pre-ordered an item, this can take up to 3 weeks.
If your package is late, you are advised to check if Royal Mail have left a red slip in case you were out at the time of delivery. Your parcel is likely to be waiting for you at your local post office.

 I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG/FAULTY ITEM
We package everything with care and although this is a rare and unfortunate scenario, it can still be resolved.
Please send us an image directly to info@nikitabyniki.com and we will advise you on how to send the product back for a replacement. 
 
HOW DO I BEST TAKE CARE OF MY PRODUCT?
Do not allow your jewellery products to come in contact with water or other liquids. Although we use quality materials, soaps, perfumes and harsh water can damage the coating.
If not in use, store in the provided box or neatly in a draw.
Avoid folding or pulling the jewellery, as all pieces are delicate and are to be treated with care.
*A polite reminder that it is an illegal offence to claim an item is lost when you have in fact received it*
