◦ If you are based in the UK and choose the Free UK Shipping option, your order will be sent via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service and should reach you in just 2 days. There have been delays with Royal Mail in the new year as more staff have had to isolate due to the virus. Please do bear in mind that your order could be slightly delayed. We are very sorry about this and appreciate your patience.
◦ We offer a Next Day Delivery service within the UK for an additional fee of only £5. The order must be placed for 11am that day for it to reach its destination the following day.
◦ We have always shipped worldwide, however we have had to temporarily suspend international orders due to new Brexit related postage restrictions. We are now able to send only to the UK and USA. We hope to ship worldwide again in the near future. We're so sorry for any inconvenience.
◦ Tracking IDs should be included automatically in your dispatch confirmation email. Please get in touch if you did not receive a tracking ID and we can double-check this for you. Please note, we may not be able to supply tracking information for most international orders.
◦ We make an effort to package our products in secure packaging, however, occasionally, postal staff can mishandle packages. If your order arrives damaged, please send us an image and we will send a replacement right away.
◦ If Royal Mail attempt to deliver a parcel when no one is home, your postman/postwoman will leave a red calling card and the parcel will be waiting for collection at your most local post office. It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the undelivered parcel or schedule a redelivery online.
◦ If your parcel is not collected from the post office in time, Royal Mail will return it to us in 1/2 weeks. We will reach out to you and will offer to send the parcel again free of charge, or offer to cancel and refund the order.
◦ If you entered your address incorrectly and your parcel has already been dispatched, we need to wait for Royal Mail to send this back to us, which can take 1/2 weeks. We are happy to send your package again free of charge. We suggest to place a new order in the meantime and we will refund the original order when we receive it back.
