FREE UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY
We offer free next day shipping for UK orders over £30 (otherwise our standard shipping is £5). If you are based in the UK and choose the free shipping option, your order will be sent via DPD's Next Day Express service and should reach you in just 1 day.
Your order must be placed before 2pm for it to be packaged and dispatched in time to reach its destination the following working day.
Please note, this does not include weekends. For example, if you place an order on Friday evening or over the weekend, we will dispatch the order the next working day on Monday and it will reach its destination on Tuesday.
This service applies to working days only and sometimes Saturdays (but we cannot guarentee this.)
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
We offer shipping all over the world (with some exeptions) using DPD Tracked Mail service.
Our international deliveries usually take only 3-8 working days, depending on the destination.
We mainly ship to Europian countries, USA, Canada, Australia and many other countries.
Our international shipping rate varies from £10-£20, depending on the country.
Shipments to EU countries may incur additional duty costs. You are welcome to contact us and we will reimburse you for any extra charges.
To avoid these charges, please shop via our Etsy store.
There are a few countries that we struggle to deliver safely to, so have had to exclude them from our checkout.
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Tracking information for your parcel will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
You will recieve regular updates by DPD and be sent a one hour delivery window via SMS and email, so you don't have to wait in all day.
Know where your order is at all times and watch the progress of your delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to the final 15 minute time slot.
If your parcel is showing as delivered and you do not yet have it, please allow 1 or 2 more days for it arrive incase there was a human error by DPD.
CHANGING ADDRESS
If you have entered the wrong address at the checkout it is important you let us know ASAP so we can amend this for you in time. Please contact us below.
If you have entered your address incorrectly and your parcel has already been dispatched, we would need to wait for DPD to send this back to us, which can take 1/2 weeks. We are happy to send your package again free of charge. We suggest to place a new order in the meantime and we will refund the original order when we receive it back.
NOT AT HOME
If DPD attempt to deliver a parcel when no one is home, your delivery driver will leave a 'sorry we missed you' card.
You can then choose to re-arrange a delivery date or select the option to colect from one of DPD's local pickup shops.
It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the undelivered parcel or schedule a redelivery online.
If your parcel is not collected, or DPD are unable to re-deliver, your order may then be returned back to us. We will reach out to you via email and will offer to send the parcel again free of charge, or offer to cancel and refund your order for you.
If this happens a 2nd time, we will have to ask the customer to pay the additional shipping costs to attempt a 3rd delivery.
DAMAGED ITEM
We make a conscious effort to check all items and package them carefully in secure packaging, however, orders can occassionally be mishandled, especially during busy periods.
If your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a supporting photo to enquiries@nikitabyniki.com and we will send a replacement right away.
A polite reminder that it is a crime to claim you have not received your order when you in fact have.
We report and ban customers if we experience such suspicious activity.
