Delivery & Returns
◦ If you are based in the UK and choose the Free UK Shipping option, your order will be sent via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service and should reach you in just 2 days.
◦ We offer a Next Day Delivery service within the UK for an additional fee of only £2.
◦ We ship worldwide, with some exceptions, and use the UPS Tracked Economy Service. International orders typically take only 1-2 weeks to arrive.
◦ Tracking IDs should be included automatically in your dispatch confirmation email. Please get in touch if you did not receive a tracking ID and we can double-check this for you
◦ We make an effort to package our products in secure packaging, however, occasionally, postal staff can mishandle packages. If your order arrives damaged, please send us an image and we will send a replacement right away.
◦ If Royal Mail attempted to deliver a parcel when no one is home, postal staff will leave a red calling card and the parcel will be waiting for collection at your most local post office. It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the undelivered parcel or schedule a redelivery online.
◦ If your parcel is not collected from the post office in time, Royal Mail will return it to us in 1/2 weeks. We will reach out to you and will offer to send the parcel again free of charge, or offer to cancel and refund the order.
◦ If you entered your address incorrectly and your parcel has already been dispatched, we need to wait for Royal Mail to send this back to us, which can take 1/2 weeks. We are happy to send your package again free of charge. We suggest to place a new order in the meantime and we will refund the original order when we receive it back.
◦ We are happy to announce that we now provide FREE returns for all request made within 7 days of receiving your order.
◦ We can only offer exchanges for orders after the 7 day return period.
◦ We are sorry but we cannot accept any faulty claims, returns or exchange requests for any orders after 2 months.
◦ Please send your order back to us using our pre-paid label below. Your return should find us in 2-4 working days and we will be in touch to let you know when we have it.
◦ As we are keen to always improve our products and service, we would be grateful for a reason as to why your order is being returned/exchanged.
◦ It is crucial that your order is wrapped in very secure packaging as postal staff often mishandle packages. If the item arrives back to us broken, we can only issue 50% of your refund.
◦ Returns are usually processed as soon as we receive them back, in 3-5 working days. We will be in touch to let you know we have received your package and are processing the refund.
◦ We are sorry but we cannot accept returns for any used/worn items.
◦ You are welcome to exchange your item with us with anything from our collection. Simply add your request on the returns label below and we'll be in touch to confirm.
◦ We are sorry but we cannot accept returns or exchange requests on earrings for hygiene reasons, even if claimed to have not been opened or removed from the packaging.
◦ If you are not happy with the finish or quality of your item, we can offer a replacement or return for you.
